A couple of people have sent emails asking about this, so to clarify:
when you read the Critique Handbook Exercise 2, you need to apply the five categories to your own work in written form in preparation for critique.
Also, remember to reread Practices of Looking before you do your assignment. Reading means active reading, including outlining, summarizing main points, listing a set of questions to engage in class discussion.
