COMPOSITIONAL ELEMENT: Dominance.
My goal was to exaggerate the image from its original state to portray a sense of dominance. To achieve this, I tilted the animal at an angle, added legs and used more vibrant, hot colors. The wild animal is a strong, black shape that takes up a large portion of the collage; it appears as though it is trying to bust though the parameters of the frame. I also cropped the negative space in my interpreted collage version significantly to accentuate that illusion.
